If a client requests information regarding Background Screening services through CertiPay, please follow the below guide:

  1. Client requests information regarding Background Screening services through CertiPay

  2. Pricing and Informational documents are sent to client (view attachments)

  3. If the client determines they would like to move forward with services

  4. Client information is sent to Products@CertiPay.com via the email template in the R Drive

  5. Products Team will work with the client to complete the necessary documentation for setup

  6. Our Background Screening partner, Sarma, will reach out to the client with a Welcome Call
